About the role

To provide first-line IT support across a wide range of applications and services via telephone, email and in person across our sites, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

What you’ll do

  • Provide efficient and customer-friendly first and Second line support to users via telephone, email and site visits;
  • log and troubleshoot IT issues;
  • escalate faults appropriately;
  • support systems administration tasks and reporting;
  • liaise with third-party suppliers;
  • provide matchday support and work collaboratively within the IT team.
