About the role
Newcastle United Football Club is entering an exciting period of transformation as we deliver our long-term vision and 2030 plan. Clear, engaging and purposeful internal communication is critical to ensuring our people are connected to our strategy, culture and values. We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to create and own the Club’s internal communications strategy and delivery plan, working closely with senior leaders to ensure employees and internal stakeholders are informed, engaged and aligned with the Club journey and The Newcastle Code.
What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver an effective internal communications strategy aligned to the Club Vision and 2030 plan.
- Create and maintain an internal communications plan and content calendar in partnership with SMT leads.
- Embed The Newcastle Code into all internal communications, language and tone.
- Support Executive Leadership with senior announcements, change and crisis communications.
- Partner with People.
