About the role
You’ll play a key role in analysing and interpreting data across our digital, commercial and fan-facing platforms. Working with stakeholders across the club, you’ll turn complex information into clear, actionable insight that supports strategic and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Gather, clean and analyse data from multiple sources including web, app, retail, ticketing, marketing and CRM.
- Develop clear, accessible dashboards that support informed decision-making.
- Translate data into practical insights and recommendations aligned to business objectives.
- Support campaign analysis, reporting and performance tracking.
- Champion data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and delivering insight‑led reporting.
- Confident use of SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Experience building dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau.
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to data validation.
