About the role

This role is responsible for driving exceptional revenue growth across commercial venue assets, including concerts, events and venue operations. You will play a key role in developing and delivering commercial opportunities while managing stakeholder relationships to a high standard in line with the Club’s ambitions.

What you’ll do

  • Drive guaranteed non-matchday revenue growth year on year across commercial venue assets.
  • Oversee delivery of secured events to meet contractual requirements.
  • Identify new commercial venue revenue opportunities and develop products aligned to income generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, promoters, talent agents and management.
  • Develop reporting processes including income tracking, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM systems.
  • Collaborate across Business and Football Operations for effective delivery and ROI.
  • Work with legal teams to conclude deals efficiently.
  • Manage event budgets and P&L alongside Finance Business Partner.
  • Travel as required to support stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain awareness of sport, music and entertainment landscape.
