Your day to day

We’re looking for an individual to join and help lead our Academy Operations team as the Academy Administration Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the smooth and professional running of the Academy Administration Department. You will lead on all administrative processes that underpin the development of our Academy players, supporting our staff, liaising with parents and ensuring compliance with Premier League and club policies.

You will coordinate all aspects of Academy fixtures, registrations, tours and events, while also maintaining accurate records. You’ll also be responsible for managing the departmental team, including appraisals, training and professional development. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires outstanding organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.

About you

You’ll bring experience in a senior administrative or operations management role, ideally within a sporting or education setting. We are looking for a confident leader with the ability to manage people and processes effectively, upholding high standards across all areas of the Academy administration department.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with players, parents, colleagues and external partners. You will have working knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety legislation which will ensure that your approach is both compliant and child-centred.
