Your day to day To help us deliver on our ambitious plans we have a fantastic opportunity for Wellbeing Officers to support our safeguarding, inclusion and security teams to ensure the safety and wellbeing of visitors and staff within designated sections of the stadium. • You will ensure your area remains a safe and inclusive environment and supports our Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies and supporting legislation. • This can include assisting and monitoring of individuals whose behaviour may pose a risk of harm to themselves or others. • Ensure accessible entrance and exit routes remain free from hazards throughout the game. • applying lost/found child/person protocols. • You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues. • You will have experience of working with vulnerable people and diverse groups to ensure we can meet their needs. • you will be able to manage conflict and difficult situations in a timely manner. • Confidentiality and discretion are key when dealing with sensitive information! About you It is essential you have prior knowledge and experience of applying Safeguarding, Wellbeing Accessibility, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion knowledge in practical scenarios that involve members of the public. • You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues. • You will have experience of working with vulnerable people and diverse groups to ensure we can meet their needs. • you will be able to manage conflict and difficult situations in a timely manner. It is desirable but not essential to have a FA Safeguarding Children certificate, FA Safeguarding Adults certificate and FA Equality, Inclusion and Diversity certificate and are willing to complete further training as required.
