We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable football professional to help us nurture talent and support performance on and off the pitch. This role plays an important part in delivering high standards, supporting player development, and helping us create the best possible environment for success across the Club.

About the role:

Supporting the Talent Management Lead, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of the Club’s talent management and loan strategy. You will work closely with internal departments and external partner clubs to monitor player progress, gather performance data, and provide meaningful insights that inform individual learning plans and development pathways.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the implementation of the Club’s talent management and loan strategy in collaboration with coaching, performance and player development teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with host clubs, understanding their playing model and supporting effective communication regarding loan players.
  • Monitor and analyse loan players’ performances through live observation, video analysis and data collection, producing regular reports and insights.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to support player development.
  • Liaise with safeguarding, welfare and player care teams to ensure all processes are compliant and players are fully supported.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan activity, player progress and external club interest.
  • Engage regularly with loan players, providing feedback, support and recommendations to enhance their development experience.
  • Support reporting processes, including weekly, quarterly and end-of-loan evaluations.
