Your day to day:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the store, both inside and outside to ensure the safety and security.
  • Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies or alarms and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents and any security-related issues.

About you:

  • Previous security officer experience.
  • SIA Licence.
  • Strong observational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using security equipment and technology.
