Your day to day:
- Conduct regular patrols of the store, both inside and outside to ensure the safety and security.
- Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns they may have.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies or alarms and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents and any security-related issues.
About you:
- Previous security officer experience.
- SIA Licence.
- Strong observational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations.
- Proficient in using security equipment and technology.
