Newcastle United is looking for a talented and organised Creative Services Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis. You’ll be at the heart of our integrated Creative Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of multi-channel projects that bring the Newcastle United brand to life.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our creative team’s daily operations, making sure projects are assigned, coordinated, and delivered on time. Working closely with our Creative Director, you’ll manage the team’s workflow, resources, and capacity, always making sure the right designers are matched with the right projects. You’ll use project management tools to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Building strong relationships will be key, whether you’re working with internal stakeholders, external vendors, or creative agencies.
Substantial experience in project management, resource management, or traffic management is required, ideally in a creative or marketing environment. Experience managing budgets, invoicing, schedules, and the delivery of creative assets is essential. Ideally, experience with design and production teams, and proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with an expectation of working 3 days per week from the office. Please note, if you are not located in the Northeast and unable to relocate, we regret that we will not be able to progress your application.
