About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our Supporter Services team as one of our beloved mascots, Monty or Maggie. You’ll bring the characters to life at home fixtures (Men’s and Women’s), community events, and promotional activities creating unforgettable moments for fans of all ages.
Your impact
You will have a flair for performance, with the ability to communicate non-verbally and express emotions through movement and gesture. Your creativity, energy, and passion for engaging audiences will help enhance the supporter experience and represent the spirit of Newcastle United.
About the team
You will work for the Supporter Services Team, a passionate and fan-focused group dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our supporters and community.
Location
This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Please note, if you are not located in the Northeast and unable to relocate, we regret that we will not be able to progress your application.
Costume Requirements
Due to the nature of the role, including the need to wear pre-existing costumes of fixed sizes, applicants must be able to fit into costumes with approximate dimensions. Please note that these costumes cannot be altered. Any offer for this role will be subject to a successful costume fitting to ensure suitability for the mascot uniform.
