About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused Mascot Chaperone to join our Supporter Services team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of mascot appearances and performances, ensuring our Club Mascots, Monty and Maggie, deliver memorable and engaging experiences while maintaining safety, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Your impact

You’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role, supporting the mascots during appearances, managing crowd interactions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout each event. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly will help deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

About the team

You will work for the Supporter Services Team, a passionate and fan-focused group dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our supporters and community.

Location

This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Please note, if you are not located in the Northeast and unable to relocate, we regret that we will not be able to progress your application.
