About the role
The role will assist the IT Applications & Digital Development Manager in managing the Club’s software application portfolio. The role involves collaboratively working with other departments to deploy new software applications as well as onboarding existing applications, ensuring they are fully functional and being used to their full potential, ensuring we can meet future challenges.
Your impact
You will have experience of implementing business software applications across an organisation whilst working effectively in a team with both technical and non-technical colleagues. To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in quantifying and reporting on workloads and have strong documentation skills. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are essential, with confidence to present to groups of employees (at different levels of seniority) with varied levels of IT literacy.
About the team
You will assist the IT Applications & Digital Development Manager in managing the Club’s portfolio of software applications. As part of the team, you’ll proactively review and identify areas of improvement within the Club’s portfolio of software applications. You will work collaboratively with Heads of Department and the wider IT Team in preparing technical support documentation to end users.
Location
This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with an expectation of working 3 days per week from the office. Please note, if you are not located in the Northeast and unable to relocate, we regret that we will not be able to progress your application.
