About the role

We’re looking for passionate and committed Casual Coaches x 4 to join our brand new Newcastle United Women’s Academy. You will support our Academy Age Group Coaches in delivering a high-quality, player-centred coaching programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of the women’s game in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment.

Your impact

You will have skills, experience and qualifications in the following: –

Delivering engaging, development-focused sessions aligned with the PGA curriculum.

Experience currently coaching or teaching women’s football

FA Level 3/UEFA B or Coaching Qualifications

FA Safeguarding Children & FA Level 1 intro to first aid in Football

Collaborating with medical and performance staff to support wellbeing and injury management.

Fostering a positive, respectful, and development-focused team culture.

Upholding high standards of behaviour and communicating regulary with parents and all staff.

Committing to ongoing personal and professional development.

About the team

You will work within the Women’s academy supporting Age Group Coaches and collaborating with wider academy staff to ensure the best possible environment for our players to thrive.

Location

This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Please note, if you are not located in the Northeast and unable to relocate, we regret that we will not be able to progress your application.
