About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and strategically minded Academy Scouting Operations Manager to lead the operational planning, coordination, and delivery of all scouting activity across the Academy’s European scouting arm. In this role, you will work within the MCO’s established framework and methodology to drive scouting workflows, manage key administrative processes, and ensure the accurate assessment and prioritisation of scouting data.
Your impact
In this role, you will oversee the operational engine behind our European academy scouting network. You will organise scouting workflows, create weekly and monthly schedules, and act as the key point of contact for scout requests. You’ll maintain schedule planners, assign fixtures and reports, manage databases and squad lists, and ensure all scouting information is captured accurately and efficiently.
About the team
You will work within the Academy Recruitment Department, collaborating closely with the Academy Recruitment Director, Academy Scouting Director, international regional scouts, and the UK scouting team.
