Hours: 9.75 hours per week – Saturday 8:45am to 12:30pm, Monday 3:45pm to 6:45pm and Wednesday 3:45pm to 6:45pm

About the job: You will be providing instruction and a can‑do attitude in our Learn to Swim Programme. As a key team member you will be familiar with the Learn to Swim programmes and ensure that lesson changeovers are achieved in a professional and timely manner. Due to the expanding and diverse programming of the Learn to Swim Programme, there will be continuing opportunities for you to access further training and assist with the delivery of activities. In these cases, all training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Valid RLSS NPLQ or NRASTC and a Nationally Recognised Swimming Teacher Qualification at Level 2
  • Experience working in a leisure facility or environment
  • Defibrillator Certificate or First Aid at Work qualification is desirable
