About the job: To carry out minor repairs, improvements and alterations in a safe manner using safe working practices on council corporate property stock facilities, and on managed landlord premises, including tenanted, license occupied or similar use premises. Tasks include minor DIY repairs, small painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing, joinery and similar works.
