Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas
Salary: £13 – £18 per hour
Contract: 0 hour contracts, full time and part time hours available

DBS Check: Online Enhanced DBS required
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team! As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily care needs, helping them lead fulfilling lives with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with various needs
- Assist with daily activities including meal preparation, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Promote independence and help clients develop life skills
- Administer medication and assist with health needs as required
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in the client’s condition to senior staff
- Engage in social activities and support clients in the community
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a care/support role
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo an online DBS check)
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
