Newcastle Red Bulls’ Academy seeks a Head of Academy Athletic Development to drive performance across the development pathway.

You will lead athletic development staff, ensuring players are physically prepared to progress to senior rugby and align with the 1st Team program.

You will work with talented academy players and coaches, using world‑class coaching and performance support to maximise long‑term player development and transition success into elite rugby.
