The health, safety and business continuity manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and continuous improvement of the club’s health & safety, risk, and operational resilience arrangements across the stadium and wider estate.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the role provides professional leadership on health & safety legislation, risk management, business continuity and major incident planning. The role is key in ensuring the club meets, and exceeds, its statutory obligations for health and safety and is aligned to industry best practice to deliver a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
The post holder will work in close partnership with Operations Team colleagues, ensuring that health & safety systems and procedures, risk registers, and business continuity plans are developed, implemented and maintained. This will also include supporting stadium safety certification, event planning, and live operational delivery.
