This is a varied role which includes face to face contact with the public as well as a wide range of administrative tasks which means that every day is different. Main duties of the job
- You should be a person who has a desire to help and problem solve.
- You will be required to sign post patients to the most appropriate person/organisation for their needs.
- Book appointments, answer telephone, email and face to face queries.
- Scan and code documents and process referrals as required.
- Follow practice procedures.

Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Typing and/or ECDL qualification.
