We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our busy and friendly Call Centre team as a Customer Support Agent on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with parking bookings, answering enquiries, and providing solutions that ensure their journey is as smooth and stress‑free as possible.

About the role: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering professional, friendly and efficient support to customers via telephone and other communication channels. This is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm on a 12 month contract.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling inbound customer calls related to car parking bookings and products
  • Assisting customers with new reservations, amendments, and booking enquiries
  • Providing accurate information regarding parking services, facilities, pricing, and availability
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying opportunities to promote relevant parking products and services where appropriate
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Supporting customers with a positive, helpful and solution‑focused approach

Key Skills & Experience: We're seeking motivated individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and general office systems
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive, proactive and flexible "can‑do" attitude
  • The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with a variety of customer enquiries
  • Previous experience within a customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality or sales environment would be advantageous, however, we are equally keen to hear from individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
