Accuracy Checking Technician in Newcastle upon Tyne

Overview

This is a really exciting time to join our newly established outpatient pharmacy service Newcastle Pharmacy Services. We provide an outpatient dispensing service to the patients of The Newcastle upon Hospitals NHS Trust.

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast paced, energetic and friendly environment who are keen to develop themselves and the service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the full range of Dispensing and Technician duties including the dispensing of prescriptions and orders.
• Provide technical support to dispensary services including carrying out routine procedures in the ordering, distribution and storage of pharmaceutical stock.

Working Hours & Location

Full time 37.5 hours per week working Monday – Friday shifts between 08:30 – 18:00.

Trustwide. Base at Royal Victoria Infirmary but expected to cover shifts at both sites when required.
