Newcastle High School for Girls is seeking an exceptional marketing and communications leader to join its Senior Leadership Team as Director of Marketing and Communications. Reporting to the Head, this is a broad and influential role with responsibility for marketing, communications, admissions, alumnae relations, philanthropy, data and business support.
You will lead an integrated approach to pupil recruitment, retention and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the school has a clear market position and delivers an outstanding experience for prospective families. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will bring strategic direction, operational focus and a strong understanding of how data, insight and effective communications can support growth.
You will oversee the full pupil recruitment journey, from initial engagement through to admission, while contributing more widely to the strategic direction and long-term success of the school.
