As our business continues to grow, we have an opportunity for a Beauty Manager to join our dynamic team. You must be friendly, confident, enthusiastic and have a passion for the beauty industry and hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy and proven experience within the industry.

This role includes, but not limited to:

  • Performing all treatments to a high standard
  • Offering advice on post treatment aftercare
  • Promoting other beauty treatments
  • Advising upon and selling retail products
  • Assisting with reception duties
  • Keeping the salon and treatment rooms clean, tidy, and well equipped
  • Working towards and hitting targets set by management
  • Some supervisory responsibility for trainees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
