We are looking for an enthusiastic solicitor to fill a permanent post in our busy Housing & Litigation Team. The Team deals primarily with housing, anti-social behaviour, prosecutions, property litigation, regulatory matters, and debt recovery.
The primary focus of this post is to provide legal advice and undertake County Court advocacy in respect of possession proceedings, housing management, homelessness, anti-social behaviour, and advocacy in the Magistrates Court.
You will be a confident communicator with an attention to detail and an experienced advocate with the ability to solve problems in a pragmatic and timely way. Experience of local government and housing law is desirable but not essential as you will be part of an experienced and supportive team.
