About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, staying within agreed time, cost and quality standards and constraints. You will manage the day-to-day planning and execution of your assigned projects, ensuring you remain compliant to appropriate governance frameworks, that objectives are clearly defined and communicated, risks are managed and benefits delivered.

Working across a matrix management environment, you will collaborate with cross functional teams, business sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that colleagues are engaged throughout, and to enable delivery at pace. You will engage and communicate information across a broad range of stakeholders and will draw upon your strong influencing skills to ensure that you communicate, challenge and influence at all levels within a project environment, to ultimately create real value for the organisation.

About You

You will have the ability to articulate project progress and issues to all stakeholders and manage issues as they arise with a co-operative approach. A sound knowledge of project management methodologies is necessary. It is expected that you have great attention to detail, with excellent organisation and planning skills, whilst being able to present written information in a structured and balanced way.

We are looking for a confident and capable communicator with the ability to engage effectively with internal and client stakeholders. Whilst knowledge of financial services is desirable, we can upskill you on our systems and share with you our vast industry knowledge.
