Ideally, you'll have experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR support or a similar role where you've managed high volumes of activity and maintained accurate records. Experience supporting recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, onboarding administration, CV screening, telephone interviewing or volume recruitment campaigns would be particularly beneficial.

You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with candidates and stakeholders through a variety of channels, including telephone, email and virtual platforms. You'll understand the importance of delivering a positive candidate experience and take pride in providing timely, professional and engaging communication throughout the recruitment process.

You'll have strong attention to detail and be confident managing recruitment data, maintaining accurate records and producing reports to support hiring activity and decision-making. Strong Excel skills and experience working with recruitment data and metrics would be advantageous.

Experience coordinating background checks, pre-employment screening or compliance-related activities would be beneficial. Previous experience using Workday Recruiter and other recruitment technologies would be highly desirable, alongside confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
