As a Reward and Reporting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering our reward and people reporting strategies, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and insight led. Acting as a first line specialist, you’ll provide expert support across reward operations, pay and job structures, legislative requirements, and people data and reporting.

Working closely with the Reward team, wider People function, Finance, and external benefit providers, you’ll help ensure reward processes, systems, and data are robust and well governed. You’ll translate complex people and reward data into clear, meaningful insight that supports informed decision making across the business.

This role also has a strong focus on continuous improvement. You’ll proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve data quality, and increase automation and efficiency, helping to build stronger people data capability and insight led conversations throughout the organisation.

About You

You’ll be an analytically minded reward or people professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for using data to drive insight. You’re confident working with complex datasets and can clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of reward principles and people reporting, along with experience working in a regulated or complex environment. Comfortable balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement, you’ll enjoy working collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers to deliver high quality outcomes.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in a Reward, HR, or People Reporting role
  • Sound knowledge of reward principles, pay structures, job evaluation, and benchmarking
  • Experience producing people MI, dashboards, and insight for leadership audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
  • High levels of accuracy, data governance awareness, and confidentiality
  • Experience using HR systems and reporting tools (ideally Workday, Power BI, or similar)
  • An understanding of statutory and legislative reward reporting requirements
