Job DescriptionAbout the Role
As our new Head of Client Change, you will play an important role in shaping and coordinating the clientâfacing change agenda at Newcastle Strategic Solutions Ltd (NSSL). This is a meaningful opportunity to guide the planning and delivery of a broad transformation portfolioâhelping to strengthen how we support our clients and how we achieve our commercial goals.
You will take ownership of developing, embedding and continuously improving our client change processes, ensuring operational and technical delivery teams are aligned and positioned for success. Acting as a central point of coordination, youâll provide visibility to all client change and proposition development activity, helping us to prioritise thoughtfully while maintaining strong governance, risk awareness and clear performance insights.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. Working closely with senior leaders across NSSL and the wider organisation, you will build positive relationships, encourage engagement with change initiatives, and support colleagues through periods of transition. You will also nurture and guide the Client Change teamâfostering a supportive, learningâfocused culture and encouraging the development of skills and confidence across the group.
About You

- Proven experience leading and overseeing complex change portfolios, including achieving critical delivery milestones.
- Deep knowledge of best-practice change management methodologies and a track record of implementing them to drive consistent, outcome-focused delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts, engage with influence, and deliver courageous conversations with confidence.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, adapting your style for different audiences and situations.
- Resilience in fast-paced environments, handling multiple priorities, ambiguity and shifting demands with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
