As Director of Brand, Marketing, Purpose and Corporate Affairs, you will lead the development and delivery of a distinctive, purpose-led strategy that drives sustainable growth and deepens member engagement. You’ll be accountable for shaping a compelling, consistent brand experience across all channels—supporting strong commercial outcomes across savings, mortgages, and financial advice.

This is a highly strategic leadership role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and maximise the impact of brand, marketing, and corporate affairs. You’ll define and embed a clear purpose—bringing it to life through campaigns, customer experience, and community activity—ensuring it is visible in every interaction.

You will lead end-to-end marketing and CRM strategy, overseeing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while building strong cross-functional collaboration across the organisation. From driving innovation and digital capability through to managing external reputation and strategic partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering measurable commercial success alongside meaningful community impact.
