This role can be based in Newcastle or Manchester.

Reporting to the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Colleague Experience, you will influence, execute, and champion initiatives that enhance the colleague experience and foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for colleagues, members, and the community.

You will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic insights and guidance, driving a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive culture.

You will advocate for best practices in colleague experience to inspire meaningful change aligned with our values and commitment to an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

About you

You will have experience in:

  • Deep expertise in Colleague Experience best practices
  • Designing and implementing successful colleague experience initiatives
  • Transforming complex data into actionable insights
  • Managing multiple projects with excellent organizational skills
  • Building relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Partnering with Business Leaders to drive outcomes
  • Staying updated on Colleague Experience trends
  • Relevant HR qualification (CIPD) or Employee Experience & Engagement
