The Change Partner will evolve, drive and lead on the implementation of a portfolio roadmap to enable realisation of the Groupâs strategic ambitions. The role is accountable for working closely with Business leaders to shape strategic ideas, support the development of credible business cases, secure strategic funding and placeholder status, and lead the execution of change initiatives to maximise and deliver portfolio value.
Ensuring portfolio management processes and methods are followed and that portfolio finances, risks and interdependencies are identified and managed. A key emphasis of the role is on earlyâstage ideation and discovery, working with the business to surface, explore and refine strategic ideas, emerging opportunities and problem statements. Driving clear direction across the Change portfolio, by shaping and prioritising business objectives using data, insights and cross-functional input.
Accelerate high-quality decision making by turning early ideas into structured proposals with defined value targets and solution options, understanding the constraints across the portfolio and wider functional and technical environment.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate these into clear near, medium, and longâterm goals. Bringing with you a keen eye for detail and highly capable of preparing, analysing, and presenting complex data and information to support effective decision making.
You should have sound, handsâon experience across Delivery Management and Business Analysis, with a clear understanding of how these disciplines work together to support ideation, shape requirements, and deliver effective solutions. You guide and support business leaders in identifying value, developing robust, valueâled business cases, and ensuring that change initiatives are outcomesâfocused and strategically aligned.
With excellent communication and people leadership skills, you are confident operating in senior environments, constructively challenging where needed to achieve the right outcomes. You bring strong applied experience in leading people through change, ensuring clear business readiness and effective change management that supports successful adoption and sustainable benefits.
You play a key role in driving high performance and accountability across the Enterprise Change function, embedding consistent and effective change practices throughout the organisation. Acting as a coach and mentor, you support the development of junior change colleagues through handsâon guidance, while building trusted, collaborative relationships with your direct reports and stakeholders alike.
