Delivering engaging and practical lessons to learners aged 16+ on Painting & Decorating courses. Demonstrating hands-on techniques, from surface preparation and finishing to specialist decorative work. Supporting learners to develop both technical skills and industry-ready attitudes. Providing feedback and guidance to help learners reach their potential. Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional workshop environment.
