Newcastle College, in partnership with The Supply Register, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Painting & Decorating Lecturer to inspire and train future trades professionals. We\’re looking for practical experts. This role is perfect for someone with extensive on-site experience who takes pride in their craft and wants to help learners develop the same high standards. Whether you\’ve worked in commercial, residential, or industrial decorating, your real-world knowledge will make a lasting impact in the classroom and workshop.
Responsibilities
- Strong, proven industry experience in Painting & Decorating.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work toward one).
- Experience delivering training or mentoring others in a workshop setting (desirable).
- Provide feedback and guidance to help learners grasp and apply practical skills.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workshop and teaching environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive on-site experience in Painting & Decorating (commercial, residential, or industrial).
