We are seeking a motivated Attendance & Inclusion Officer to support students’ engagement and attendance across the school. This is a highly visible, non-classroom role for someone who enjoys working directly with young people, building relationships, and removing barriers to learning.
The ideal Attendance & Inclusion Officer is proactive, approachable, and skilled at working with students and families. You will monitor attendance, identify barriers, and implement strategies to improve engagement. Training or experience in Trauma‑Informed Practice is a strong advantage and will support your work with students who have faced challenging circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor attendance and punctuality, identifying trends and concerns early
