Join our Digital Solutions team as aSystem Implementation Lead, where you\’ll drive strategic change across Social Care and various other service areas.
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex ICT projects, working within a multi-skilled team, and deliver user-centred digital solutions that improve service outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end system implementations and service transformation initiatives.
- Managing project delivery using agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to build capability and confidence.
- Developing business cases and leading procurement aligned with strategic goals.
- Ensuring compliance with ICT security, data protection, and service standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to co-design solutions that meet real-world needs.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in ICT project delivery within a large organisation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A deep understanding of digital transformation in local government.
