Newcastle City Council is seeking an Income Collection Officer to review and manage tenant arrears accounts, securing affordable payment agreements and building strong relationships with customers across the city.
You will work within the Income Collection Team, following our escalation process to recover rent, including the initial stages of legal action, and collaborate with Housing Services, Financial Inclusion, and Support and Progression to maximise income and sustain tenancies.
