Adult Social Care and Prevention Services

1 x 37 hours per week, permanent post based at the RVI Hospital.

We have a social work opportunity available. Our job is to help people get home or where they need to be as quickly and safely as possible and then work with them after discharge to maximise their independence. The work is short-term in nature, intensive and very rewarding.

We manage the crisis which has brought people into hospital, reassuring people of the uncertainties of what comes next, guiding them and supporting them when discharged to enable them to maintain their independence.”
