Newcastle City Council is seeking two Housing Officers to join the Housing and Communities team: one permanent position and one fixed-term position for 12 months. You will manage a designated neighbourhood and oversee allocations and void management, providing a comprehensive housing management service to sustain tenancies.
With excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus, you will work with residents, stakeholders and partner organisations to resolve issues quickly, visit homes.
