The service uses person-centred approaches and works in partnership with people who use services, carers, families, health colleagues, voluntary and community sector partners, and wider Council teams to ensure that people are actively involved in their local community.

About the role:

As Resource Manager, you will lead and manage Autism and Learning Disability staff at the Welford Centre day service, to deliver safe, effective and person-centred support. You will play a key role in planning and improving service provision, supporting change, contributing to policies and procedures, and building strong working relationships with internal and external partners. You will promote creative and innovative approaches, support people to express themselves and make choices, and help ensure high-quality services for autistic people and people with learning disabilities.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is calm, confident and values-led, with experience of managing staff and services in a local authority or similar setting.
