The Role
Do you want to work in a successful Income Collection Team?
You will be responsible for reviewing and managing accounts relating to current tenant arrears. You will be responsible for developing positive relationships with a wide range of customers, understanding their individual circumstances and securing affordable agreements.
You will be following our new escalation process to collect rent and arrears, including the first stages of legal action. You will be working with our Housing Services, Financial Inclusion, and Support and Progression teams to help maximise customers income, sustain tenancies and achieve collection rate targets.

Are you passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers across the city?
If you have good negotiation skills, knowledge and experience of securing payments sensitively and effectively, and preferably in a Housing environment, then this could be the job for you.
We have the following permanent and temporary fixed term opportunities:
- 1 x 37 hours per week permanent post
- 2 x 37 hours per week maternity cover each for a 6-month fixed term period
