Newcastle City Council is seeking five Housing Caretakers to join a newly established team delivering caretaking services across its low-rise and mid-rise housing stock. One position is also available in a block-based role within the city.
The team will provide a regular visible presence within approximately 2,500 council-owned buildings, helping to keep communal areas safe, clean and well-managed for residents. This is a physically active, flexible role across different areas of the service.
