Newcastle City Council is assembling a dynamic team to make it happen, and we’re searching for an exceptional City Experience Manager to play a pivotal role. • Working with transport, hospitality, accommodation and city partners to ensure visitors have the information they need
  • Managing significant budgets and ensuring value for money
  • Leading procurement and contract management for goods and services
  • Chairing working groups and reporting to senior governance boards
  • Managing risk and ensuring inclusive, accessible and safe experiences for all

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be experienced with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes across multiple partners and workstreams. You’ll be comfortable operating at pace, making decisions, managing risk and bringing people together around a shared goal. You’ll also bring a clear commitment to inclusion, accessibility and creating experiences that work for everyone. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, UEFA partners, city stakeholders and operational teams to deliver a welcoming, inclusive and vibrant city experience that reflects Newcastle at its best.
