Newcastle City Council seeks a driven Customer Service Assistant to support three art galleries as a fixed-term post to 31 March 2027.

You will greet visitors, answer questions, explain exhibits, run interactive demonstrations, and assist with tours across the Laing, Shipley and Hatton galleries.

You will also promote retail and fundraising activities, operate tills, and help drive exhibition attendance. A roistered 28-day pattern including Saturdays is expected.
