2 x 12 month fixed term contracts
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Legal Officer to fill a fixed term post within either the Child Care Team or the Housing & Litigation Team in Legal Services.
The Child Care Team deals primarily with Child Protection matters. The Housing & Litigation Team deals with housing, regulatory matters, disrepair, anti-social behaviour, prosecutions, licensing, and debt recovery.
The successful applicants will have excellent attention to detail with good interpersonal skills and be someone who can work to strict and often conflicting deadlines.
Recent experience of ICT is essential. Experience within a local authority legal department and child care or disrepair claims would be an advantage but is not essential as the posts are within an experienced and supportive team.
Please note, all fixed term posts are available for secondment. For a secondment, you must gain your manager’s approval prior to applying.
