Four vacancies have arisen for General Construction Operatives that hold a valid Driver’s license to work within Repairs & Construction Services. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are capable of working alone as well as part of a multi-skilled team.
You will be responsible for driving a fleet vehicle in accordance with FTA and undertaking a range of laboring tasks, including delivering materials, clearing properties, cleaning properties, reinstating gardens to their original state, and waste collections.
Reporting to a Repairs & Construction Manager within Voids or R&M Sections, you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes, including minor refurbishments, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices, and standards.
