The Role:

Several rewarding and exciting opportunities exist to work as a Family Partner within Newcastle’s Community Family Offer. The role ranges from enabling families to link with services to directly providing and coordinating support across a range of needs. We use a relational approach in all aspects of our service, from how we assess needs with families to how we use evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.

Is this you?

The post will suit candidates who:

1. Are experienced in integrated, multi-agency working
2. Are experienced in working supportively with families
3. Possess excellent communication skills
4. Are able to work on their own initiative and as part of a multi-agency team.
