The Contact Centre, based in South Gosforth, answers queries for anything related to Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs to helping vulnerable customers following a fall.
We have the following out of hours patterns available:
Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm
Monday to Friday 3pm – 11pm
Monday to Friday 4pm – 12am
Saturday and Sunday rotating shifts over three weekends 7am – 5pm, 8am – 6pm, 11am – 9pm, plus all Bank Holidays – this pattern is inclusive of 4 additional hours each month, during office hours, (for training, team meetings etc.) which you will be required to attend.
