We are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals, with a passion for delivering high quality customer service to join our Park Café team as a Café Supervisor. This opportunity comes at an exciting time as we relaunch our Park Cafes at Exhibition Park and Paddy Freemans Park in the coming weeks.

In the role you’ll have responsibility for supervising the front of house service and team of café assistants to ensure the smooth daily operation of the service, delivering high standards and customer satisfaction. You’ll work with the café chef to provide kitchen cover and ensure the smooth processing of customer orders; ensure display stock is frequently replenished and timely orders are placed with suppliers to meet customer demand. You’ll help promote and develop the business to build sales and profitability and reduce waste, across all café sites.

The cafes operate 7 days a week with seasonal hours, April to September between 8.30am and 5.30pm and October to March between 8.30am and 4.30pm. Posts reflect the seasonal change in hours.

Hours are:

Post 1

April to September – 21 hours

Sunday 8.00 to 17.30, Monday 9.00 to 17.30 & Tuesday 9.00 to 13.00

October to March – 19 hours

Sunday 8.00 to 16.30, Monday 9.00 to 16.30 & Tuesday 9.00 to 13.00

Post 2

April to September – 17 hours

Friday 9.00 to 17.30 & Saturday 8.00 to 17.30

October to March – 15 hours

Friday 9.00 to 16.30 & Sat 8.00 to 16.30

For both posts there’ll be some opportunities for additional hours to cover holidays and busy periods.
