About the Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of our workforce. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training and induction programmes
- Conduct training needs analyses and develop tailored learning plans
- Support learners to achieve their goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Produce post-training evaluations and recommend improvements
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in delivering and evaluating training
- Strong understanding of workforce development requirements
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
