Newcastle Building Society is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment lifecycle across the group. You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, CV screening and candidate communications, while maintaining accurate records in the ATS and supporting pre-employment checks.
You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to manage multiple priorities, deliver a positive candidate experience, build relationships with stakeholders, and leverage recruitment data.
